Who collects it
MSA — Move Space Architect (architecture and interior design studio) collects and looks after the details you send with this form.
What we collect
Name, phone, email (if given), project type, approximate budget, project location, your message, the time you gave consent, the language and page used, campaign tags in the link (utm and the ad click id fbclid), if any, and the first page you opened on the site (kept temporarily in your browser tab and sent only with the form). Your IP address is not stored as such — only a temporary one-way hash used to block spam and limit repeated submissions. The form sets no cookies.
Why
Only to contact you, discuss and quote for the project you asked about. We do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
In a cloud database run on Supabase, reachable only from the website's server, not from public web pages.
Who can see it
Only MSA team members whose back-office account has a customer-data role (the owner, finance and the person who handles enquiries). Other staff accounts cannot see it.
LINE notification
After your details are saved, a notification containing them is sent through the LINE Messaging API from MSA's LINE Official Account to the studio lead's LINE account. That message passes through LINE's service.
How long
For as long as needed to contact you and run the project you asked about, and deleted when you ask.
Your rights / deletion
